Project XVII

Our brief for this second opening of Chick ‘N’ Sours was to bring to Covent Garden the same, unique spirit that burst on to the London restaurant scene with this brand’s first opening in Dalston, summer of 2015. We used lots of reclaimed, and salvaged materials from the flooring to wall paneling and doors. We created a vibrant basement space with bar and restaurant seating for 45 people. With pink pineapples in the WC, Amazonian print wallpaper, wall coverings made from 1980s zinc print blocks and artworks from Dotmasters and Horace Panter of the Specials. We loved helping to bring the Chick ‘N’ Sours vision to life for what has become a destination eatery in the heart of London.
