Express Delivery

We can offer Special Delivery in the UK.  If you require this service, please call us on 020 8616 9192 to make your order by telephone.  This enables us to ensure that the item(s) are in stock and that the order can make its way to the dispatch on fast track.

Heavy Items and Furniture

Some products are fragile, heavy or oversized and therefore require specialist carriers or simply require extra insurance. Please note that the extra charge will help to make sure that the product will reach you in perfect condition. In these cases charges need to be agreed on the phone or by email in advance of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges - Terms & Conditions.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email our Customer Services Department atsupport@themintlist.com immediately so that we can arrange an exchange or a refund at your convenience. Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items.  Please email us at support@themintlist.comand let us know and post the item back within 14 days of dispatch from the seller. The return address will be printed on your packing slip and on your order confirmation email , where we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note.

The return address will be printed on your packing slip and on your order confirmationemail , where we will gladly offer you a credit note, provided the item is undamaged.

Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit.  We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and a re-saleable condition.

All overseas orders will be refunded in Sterling.  The Mint List cannot be held responsible for any fluxuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result.  We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.
